Beef in a Basket

I got this recipe from my friend Kate!
I have made it a few times before.
It is great comfort food, easy to make
and involves BBQ sauce.
My newest pregnancy craving is BBQ sauce,
so I knew I needed to make this again!

I thought I'd share it with all of you because
A) it's just THAT good
B) it's just THAT easy
C) it's my turn to post and I can write what I want to! HA!

Here's what you need:
1 lb ground beef
your fav BBQ sauce
refrigerated biscuit dough
shredded cheese
muffin tin
and an stove/oven
Start by browning the beefAdd a generous amount of BBQ sauce to the meat (enough to coat the meat)
Flatten the biscuits then put them in muffin tins (or silicone muffin pans)
You don't really need to spray the muffin tins but you can if you want to.
Fill the biscuit dough with the BBQ meat mixture,
then top with shredded cheese.
Put it in the oven for the time and temp listed on the biscuit tube.

I ran out of muffin tins so I made a few flat ones!I always need to leave mine in a little longer
to make sure the bottom of the biscuits gets cooked.

Take them out of the oven,
allow to cool just a bit!
And then ENJOY!!!!These are so yummy and full of BBQ goodness!
And melted cheese never hurt anything either!Other options:
You could use sloppy joe mix,
you could add onions to the meat mixture...
the possibilities are endless!

Would love to know if you give these a try and what you think!!
