Roasted Cashews & Other Nuts

Another Great Recipe from my Mom. Check out her blog Pine Creek Style. She has a bunch of great posts to go through and she is adding more daily!

A quick snack for your guest's while you finished the final touches to your meal.
These are so simple yet full of flavor.  A great snack for game day too!
 All you need:
A medium or large frying pan. Coat with cooking spray, set the burner on medium heat. Drizzle some Olive Oil in the pan and begin to heat.
Add 16 ounces of roasted unsalted cashews. Toss in the pan to coat with oil.
Sprinkle with garlic salt and toss again. Cook over medium heat until lightly browned. It takes about 10 minutes. Don't leave the pan unattended. When the nuts are browned, turn out into a plate lined with paper towels. Let cool slightly before serving.
Roasted Cashew's
I roast several different types of nuts. Choose your favorite or make more than one choice to serve your guests. They won't be disappointed. Experiment a little... and try different spices!!!
Roasted Almond's
Something so simple brings big taste and rave reviews...
