This is a delicious appetizer or snack that is quick to make up. I like to make these for after school snacks, parties and occasionally as a late night snack. Sshh don't tell!
What you will need...
- Saltine Crackers
- 1 Can of Chicken (drained well)
- 2 tbsp. Mayonaise
- Mrs. Dash - Original Blend
- Shredded Jack Cheese
Add your drained chicken to a bowl and sprinkle in the Mrs. Dash seasoning. Mix in and shred the chicken as you mix. Next add in your mayo. Mix well.
Spoon some of your chicken mixture onto a saltine cracker. Top with shredded jack cheese and your ready to enjoy.
It's that easy. My kids turned their noses up until they tried it. Now they ask for it! A simple quick and tasty snack the whole family will love.
Thanks for posting. I needed a new idea for lunch today. Off to try it now.
