What you will need...
- Bridgeford White Loaf Freezer Bread
- 3 oz. Cream Cheese
- 4 tbsp. Butter
- 1/2 c. Brown Sugar
- Nuts of your choice (walnuts pictured)
How to make...
- Take out your freezer bread and let thaw. Roll out flat. Soften Cream Cheese and Butter. Cream together. Spread Cream Cheese mixture all over the top of the dough. Sprinkle brown sugar and nuts of your choice over cream cheese. Roll dough up and bake according to directions on freezer bread package.
We just had this for Easter and it is so so good. As the title says "Dad's Favorite." It can be eaten hot or cold. Either way you can't go wrong. It is that good. I thought it would even be great to drizzle some powder sugar glaze over the top for extra sweetness. MMMMMMMM!!! I just might have to try that next time.
Powdered Sugar Glaze
Just add milk to your powdered sugar until you reach a desired thickness.
Add to any dessert. Great with cookies too!
